Order process

1. Enquiry.

Client have any order, please send enquiry by email to us ( In enquiry, please send us detail information such as: type of bag ( pictures are prefer) type of materials ( weight, material, color...) printing : how many colors, how many sides of printing, quantity, packing details, time of delivery and so on.....

2. Quotation

When received enquiry, we will check all the infomation then give you best price in  about 1-3 working days.

3. Layout proof

When clients agreed about price, we will make layout to client to confirm the bag design.

4. Sampling

When clients approved the design, we will make sampe. Usually, sample cost will be about 50$-100$/4pcs/1 type. Sample cost can be return 50% when order confirmation.

5. Photo proof

Clients approved the sample about type, size, printing........

6. Order confirmation

Base on sample approved, client confirm the order.

7. Payment.

For the small order (Amoutn bellow 5,000$) client pay 100% when order confirmation. For over 5,000$ order, clients can pay 30% -50% deposit by TT or LC.

8. Production

Anysew will set up production base on time of delivery. Nomally, our capacity is about 500,000 pcs monthly.

9. Quality inspection

In Anysew factory, we have Quality control department, but client can use 3th party for Quality inspection in factory.

10. Shipment

If products passed quality inspection, we will book shipment, load container, make documents ( Invocie, packing list, B/L, CO... for exportation.

If clients need to pay the rest amount, they need to make full payment when received copy of documents. Then we will send original document to clients.
